How would you describe your personal style?
I love fashion. Classic with a twist is my style. I love getting dressed in the morning. I think to myself: "If I were to run into an ex-boyfriend... would I want to be dressed like this?" That's the decision maker for an outfit.

What designers do you love right now and why?
I love Chaiken for classic basics to go with everything from Chanel to Dolce. For jewelry, I love Marco Bicego. You can wear them with evening gowns or jeans and a t-shirt. Chanel is great for forever-classic and keep-forever items. Vera Wang for evening gowns. TULEH for fun dresses and Missoni for day wear. I love vintage accessories from the flea markets. I mix them in with new. I always keep a pair of huge gold hoops in the car. If I am going out, they make me feel dressed up. I hang charms from the bottom of them. For Handbags, I love GOYARD, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Prada. For heels, I love Manolo Blahnik always! Michael Kors are great for more casual. I also have 7 pairs of Jimmy Choos and I keep them all! For Jeans, I get a lot of my designer jeans for free, but if I have to buy a pair of jeans, I'd buy Levi's because they are under $50. Tory Burch is great for mom wear; Lily Samii (local couture designer) for opening night at the opera, ballet etc. I buy inexpensive trend pieces but I mix them up with expensive classic items.

What are your top 3 fashion fixations for this season?
Platform boot by Prada, Jimmy Choo handbag, heavy gold jewelry... lots of it!

What do you love to shop and why?
Chaiken sample sale, Loehmann's, ebay. Sample sales on the East Coast.

What do you keep store or throw away?
I have a 3/4 length Missoni sweater that I wore when I was pregnant and still wear! I have a Banana Republic leather shirt jacket that I have kept forever. I swear it must be 15 years old! I wear it to death. I wear a lot of vintage fur and new fur! I throw away the trendy pieces that get used after one season.

What do you hate?
I hate when someone is dressed in one designer, head to toe. I also think if you have a flaw you should play up your strengths. If you have a big butt, don't wear tight jeans.

What does your Husband hate on you?
My hair color... or anything with fur fox collars.

What do you wish you could wear but can't?
I wish I could wear micro minis, but I need super skinny legs.
